Lady Gaga is truly unstoppable! The singer’s brand new album “Born This Way” has officially gone to No. 1 in the UK and Australia! Born This Way went to the top in Australia first, selling more than 70,000 copies! In the UK, the album is the best-selling album so far this year, selling around 215,000 copies! Gaga said:
“I feel so honored to have the highest first-week sales in the UK this year. I wrote the album’s first single ‘Born This Way’ in Manchester because I was so inspired by the confidence and bravery characteristic of my fans. To the United Kingdom, thank you for believing in me.”
In the U.S., Born This Way pretty much has a guaranteed spot at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts! With all the heavy promo Gaga has been doing recently, the album has been guaranteed major success, already selling 500,000+ copies in its first day alone! Am I feeling a 1,000,000+ first week record coming on?
So today (May 29th), my family and I made a day trip to New York City. Since I was visiting the hometown of my one-and-only favorite artist in the world, Lady Gaga, I decided to go all out and accessorize myself with all things Gaga! Now of course this is NYC, so there were definitely a lot of Gaga popping up around the city. Also, Gaga is widely known for going all-out to promote her new material, in this case “Born This Way”, and her Little Monsters are always on the hunt to find a new way to promote the singer! 
Nicole Scherzinger has recently covered Adele’s hit single “Rolling In The Deep” at a concert in Monte Carlo. It all depends if you like this cover or not, because Nicole and Adele have different voices. However, there is no doubt in my mind that Nicole did a great job covering it!
